This bar is crafted in Toronto (Canada) by a very creative maker: Soma.

They ground together Madagascar cacao nibs and organic cane sugar crystals in their vintage melange. The result is out of this world just for who is willing to experience a special exclusive wild chocolate voyage.

The texture is extremely coarse and the bar looks like a baked brownie.

Sunshine scents: flowers, apricot, and wild strawberries.

Each bite makes you think about "Torrone Duro alle Mandorle" (almond nougat). But the texture gets better reminding honey crunchy shards. The flavor is a glorious mix of light muscovado sugar, sacher torte, and wild strawberry jam.

A truly chocolate blast from the past.

My feelings towards Madagascar's origin just evolved in pure love.

You can actually eat all "bar" in a blink!
