The reddish-brown color is an easy, visible target of the cacao beans quality. Each bite opens with a hint of caramel-like taste evolving rapidly into a superb fruity palate, which is a special feature of this cacao origin known for a more flamboyant and colorful style of performance. The ultimate challenge is to keep up with the ever-changing tasting experience.
To me, the result is truly spectacular: a succession of valuable tasting notes unexpectedly vivid and every time one is deeper and more pronounced than the other.

Because that is exactly the flavor profile of this bar: sweet-smelling passion fruit floral aroma introducing the heavenly fruity taste of sweet grapes infused in citrus (lichee) and tangy apple (pineapple) on the refreshing tart-sweet-sour background (raspberry-passion fruit). The dazzling finish showcases well-ripped pomegranate juice and its peculiar sourish taste.
PS: It also expresses a fleeting moment of a balsamic rich palate for its notable sweetness balanced by acidity with notes of sour cherry and chocolate.
