Academy of Chocolate Award GOLD WINNER 2018

Amber dark color.

Hard snap.

Creamy texture.

The scents are fruity/citrusy.

This Gran Blanco is juicy and refreshing with a zest of sour aroma. It showcases a perfect balance of interesting flavors as "sorbetto di cedro di Capri", honey, soft cocoa taste, sweet and tart raspberry undertones, treacle tart.

The aftertaste is pure, simple, and clean with light sour/sweet aroma on the tip of your tongue.

It is not my favorite but it has a straightforwardness that I have never tasted by other chocolate makers in the past few years.

I have to admit, Qantu never disappoints me. It is always at the forefront of everything we care about craft chocolate: packaging, mold design, color diversity, and flavor profile.
