Qantu is the discovery of the purest cocoa flavors. We scour Latin America seeking native cocoa beans with exceptional flavors. In our workshop, we transform the beans into a pure bliss that will never fail to surprise your palate.

This is a real momentous tasting experience for me. Something to remember and to repeat over and over again. I am very hard to please with some sort of tasting notes but I can tell you right now, personally, I prefer the Bagua 70% to the Gran Blanco 70%.


Good snap. Very floral, tangy, and fruity on the nose.


From the very start, it shows a solid chocolate personality and an unanticipated toffee-caramel palate successfully involved in the creamy mouthfeel. The flavor profile then becomes a vibrant mouthwatering blackcurrant-jasmine-orange blossom Elisir that develops over a citronella background (think about lemongrass). Balanced citrusy-like bitterness with fresh grassy tones and soft acidity. It also delivers a sweet-sour pink grapefruit juice aftertaste.


I highly recommend this bar together with the Chaska 70% that makes us understand we do not necessarily need inclusion to really tickle our taste buds!
