Flavor profile: its taste is one of classic intensity, rich in the smell of fruity chocolate covering the palate with red fruit, green apples, tropical fruits acidity developed on a well-integrated woody-coffee background, light chocolate-brownie batter finish, a splash of milk mouthfeel, and powdered sugar notes too. Sour and bitter mouthwatering aftertaste.
Another great example of single-origin from Karuna Chocolate and to be honest, they really impressed me because mastering the ability to make bean-to-bar chocolate with such a definite flavor profile significantly representative of the cocoa origin is not a game.
Values expressed in stars from 1 to 8. If the bar is extraordinarily close to perfection, I can go up to 10.
