Flavor profile: very rich on the palate with a pleasant chocolatey mouthfeel. Plump notes of red fruits, caramel, spiced vegan creme brulee, slightly flowery rose undertones, candied exotic fruits, sour pineapple juicy background. Do you want to know what struck me the most about this tasting experience? The spiced creme brulee finesse, the sour complexity, and the vivid raw cacao bean aftertaste. Indeed, the aromatic bitter-earthy finish/aftertaste is a very unexpected change of pace.

The bar itself is very detailed, with an excellent dynamic range of flavors expressed in a very balanced and harmonic way. Highly recommended!

Thank you, Karuna!
