It is encouraging to see how in these moments Georgia Ramon reminds us of the value of excellence. Based on their selection, you know they work tirelessly to find that perfection of flavors and texture, and we wish for nothing more than a moment of nature`s equipoise: we yearn for it, it makes us live, it is our profound vocation. We need to shift that balance back from "treat" to "state-of-art".


This bar has a sophisticated flavor that manages to combine modernity and tradition, charmingly integrating with the colors of the packaging and the elegant and essential mold design.


Sharp snap. Sweet mushroom-chocolate aroma. The mouthfeel is initially soft, with almost a semi-sweet attack, but it then evolves into a complex silhouette, fine, almost aristocratic, to close with long persistence and a slight bitter hint in the aftertaste.

What I want you to do is two kinds of experiments by slowly savoring each sensation:

  1. 2 up to 5 gr of chocolate: prompt fruity taste, sweet mushroom arise in a second moment revealing earthy-peppery notes, sweet mushroom cream flavor-texture towards the end, and raw chanterelles aftertaste. It leaves a good, mild, peppery, and bittersweet palate. Mouthwatering though.

  2. 5 up to 10 gr of chocolate: chanterelles peppery, earthy, and lightly fruity taste has an instantaneous effect on the palate; evidence of the lightning-fast fruitness that quickly descends, an ensemble of syllables that tell to the audience "I can do that too"; same aftertaste.

Now, tell me that is not bloody fantastic!?


Anyway, I prefer the first scenario.


My strong advice for my readers is as follows: the style of the bar here examinated perfectly matches mushroom coffee/hot-cocoa lovers, cheese enthusiasts, or wine connoisseurs.
