Georgia Ramon impressed me again with this magnificent creation where there is no blurring boundary between chocolate and inclusion. The cardamom is perfectly blended into one symphony of flavors.
Good snap. Rich brown color. Fresh floral and cardamom chocolate scents with a whiff of raspberry.

Chilly peppery touch on the tongue;
cardamom earthy notes (cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger) shrouded in a smooth-creamy mouth feel (no sign of grainy parts);
the sweetness of this bar is peculiar like candied papaya;
following the spicy and revealing sweet creaminess, the fruity chocolate background like dried raspberry round off the complex flavor profile.
If you let yourself fall into indulging too much in it - finish one bar in one shot like I did - you can experience a powdery-astringent palate sensation in the finish, pungent aftertaste that reminds me magao pepper (lemongrass, ginger, and peppery strengthening), raspberry tang on the tip and the side of the tongue, warm cardamom signature in the middle of the tongue.
