This is a very special bar and the last gift of Georg Bernardini, ex-owner of Georgia Ramon Chocolate. Exactly, the company is now led by Phillip Butzmann in which we give him our humble welcome to our "Bean-to-Bar" chocolate community.
Gorgeous appearance and high-gloss finish, unlike something you have probably ever seen before. I also notice "Pistachios" are becoming a very popular inclusion for a simple reason: boosting the tasting experience.
In this case, we talk about "Bronte Pistachios" which are a true delicacy in my home country: highly prized, sweet and fruity, and unique emerald color that is the reason why they are known as "green gold".
Goos snap. Creamy mouthfeel followed by soft crunchiness. Almond shortbread cookie with pistachios undertone aroma. The first impression on the palate is very mild and velvety unfolding, little by little, sweet dairy flavor distinguished by a light nutty mouthfeel. Exactly like pistachio filling. Towards the end, a blast of "Green Gold" euphoria enhanced by pleasing salty notes will strike your attention for several minutes.
Again, Georgia Ramon impresses me with unique ingredients and genuine taste. Bravo!
