It unleashes your true greedy soul with its chocolatey-peanut-granola-chewy bite packed with yummy-choco-nutty taste on a creamy milk background. Finding something that brings you joy is really hard to find so... letting go of it is even harder. But the bar is gone and there is nothing I can do about it.

I often taste more than one bar in one session for fun and experience chocolate through creativity (pairing inclusions), inquiry, and exploration. Our 70% meets crunchy caramelized Nangae nuts and a spark of sea salt. Roasting the Nangae lifts the flavor of this locally grown nut which we dip into the caramel and freeze to get breakable blocks for addition into our 70% Dark. Sea salt crystals pop in your mouth and add a nice sparkling finish to this intense chocolate and nut alliance.

Warm and creamy mouth feel. The attack of the mouthfeel is soft and caramel-like but this is immediately balanced by flavors of apricots and the special Vanuatu Almond inclusion. In the finish, it reveals some bitterness but I did not detect relevant salty/savory notes on the palate.
