This bar is shockingly good. Fu Wan added the magao pepper to their award-winning 62% ping tung chocolate. The result? It`s not fire. Don`t worry. Indeed I`m impressed. The nuances are so pungent out of the package but the flavor is very mild with an extraordinary light texture. Nice snap. It melts like heaven with all the sweetness you can think of. Honey, earthy and nutty aromas from the cacao beans. Lemongrass, ginger, and extra light peppery feeling from the mountain pepper.

The chocolate finish is short but the clean magao pepper aftertaste will follow you gently for hours. You can eat all of it? Of course, you can! It literally liquefies in your mouth.
