Ok, I am out of my comfort zone here. I can`t say I enjoy it but I am not entirely unsympathetic to Fossa plight. The charcoal roasted white sesame seeds aroma and taste along with the caramelized white chocolate generous buffet is quite mouthwatering. But at the first attempt of the Seaweed "hegemony", personally, that curve of pleasure fades away.
It is a question of individual preferences. It is palatable but weird. Interestingly, the seaweed-umami flavor just occurs in between the tasting experience vanishing towards the end. You can still catch a whiff of its presence on the bottom of your throat.
