This is one of my favorite 80% dark chocolate bar. Why?
Besides the high cacao percentage, it has a very delicate and aromatic flavor profile.
It has a hard snap and clover honey scents. Rich yet elegant creamy texture. The flavor is driven by the lavender aroma from the beginning to the end: earthy, woody, herbaceous, light mint-like taste and floral with a green pungent finish on the tip and on the sides of your tongue. It is not over yet. When each piece melts in your mouth, you`ll be mesmerized by the subtle sweet white grape taste followed by the bitterness of the pleasant walnuts.
