Very shiny on the surface showcasing a stunning homogeneous milk chocolate color.

On the palate, it reveals sweet nutty notes, fresh flowers as daisy flower, grassy undertones (dry herbs as thyme and oregano) followed by a tingling aftertaste (a bit sparkling) and cooling mouthfeel (forest breeze - pine wood), good salivation (mouthwatering), and bergamot spicy tea that confers sensitive emphasis to the peculiarities of the Hacienda Betulia Fine Flavor Cacao.

In general and besides my tasting notes, the flavor profile is very delicate and gentle. I believe the B8 Criollo adds the right amount of complexity that needs enough concentration to be revealed.
